Annapurna Bhandar Yojana क्या है? — पहले ये समझो
West Bengal में नई BJP government ने सत्ता संभालते ही एक बड़ा financial promise पूरा कर दिया है। Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari की government ने ‘Annapurna Bhandar Yojana’ के तहत eligible महिलाओं के bank accounts में ₹3,000 की पहली installment transfer करनी शुरू कर दी है — और ये date है 3 June 2026, यानी आज।
ये scheme basically Mamata Banerjee government की ‘Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme’ (जो 2021 में launch हुई थी) की जगह लेगी। नई government का कहना है कि Annapurna Bhandar ज़्यादा transparent और effective तरीके से काम करेगी।
CM Suvendu Adhikari ने Monday को announce किया था कि government buses में women के लिए free travel पहले से शुरू हो चुकी है — और ₹3,000 की assistance Wednesday यानी आज से मिलनी शुरू होगी। Tuesday को उन्होंने इसे फिर confirm किया।
₹3000 कैसे मिलेंगे? — Direct Bank Transfer का तरीका
सबसे important बात — ये पैसे किसी agent या दफ्तर के chakkar लगाने से नहीं मिलेंगे। Government ने Direct Benefit Transfer यानी DBT system use किया है।
Official notification में clearly लिखा है:
“₹3000/- per month की financial assistance, 1st June 2026 से, beneficiary के Aadhaar-linked bank account में directly credit होगी।”
मतलब जितनी जल्दी आपका Aadhaar आपके bank account से link है, उतनी जल्दी पैसे आएंगे। अगर link नहीं है तो पहले वो करो — वरना payment रुक सकती है
कौन है Eligible? — Annapurna Bhandar Yojana Eligibility 2026
19 May 2026 को जारी official notification के according, इस scheme के लिए apply करने के लिए ये conditions पूरी होनी चाहिए:
✅ आप eligible हैं अगर:
- आपकी उम्र 25 से 60 साल के बीच है
- आप किसी permanent government job में नहीं हैं
- आपको Union या West Bengal Government, किसी statutory body, government undertaking, panchayat, municipal body या local authority से regular salary या pension नहीं मिलती
- आप किसी government-aided educational institution में teaching या non-teaching role में नहीं हैं
- आप income tax नहीं भरतीं
❌ आप eligible नहीं हैं अगर:
- आप government employee हैं
- आप income taxpayer हैं
- आपको already किसी सरकारी संस्था से regular pension मिलती है
Simple words में — ये scheme उन महिलाओं के लिए है जो economically कमज़ोर हैं और किसी government salary या pension की beneficiary नहीं हैं।
Annapurna Yojana Form Apply 2026 — Online और Offline दोनों तरीके
अगर आपने अभी तक apply नहीं किया है, तो tension मत लो। Application process अभी भी open है और दोनों modes में available है।
Online Apply:
- State government की official portal पर जाकर form fill करें
- सभी required documents upload करें जैसे Aadhaar card, bank passbook, age proof
Offline Apply:
- Panchayat और municipality areas में local bodies involved हैं
- Supervisors घर-घर आकर forms collect करेंगे — तो literally आपको कहीं जाना नहीं
Janakalyan Shibir — Special Camp:
Government 15 से 17 June 2026 के बीच पूरे state में “Janakalyan Shibir” organize करेगी। इन camps में जाकर आप directly अपना application form submit कर सकते हैं।
Cabinet Meeting और नए Ministers को Portfolios
Annapurna Bhandar launch के साथ-साथ आज एक और बड़ा political event हो रहा है। State cabinet की meeting scheduled है जिसमें 35 newly sworn-in ministers को उनके portfolios assign किए जाएंगे।
हाल ही में Suvendu Adhikari के cabinet expansion में 7 women ministers को भी शामिल किया गया है — जो नई government की women empowerment की direction को clearly दिखाता है।
